Frequently Asked Questions

Trucker caps are the legendary headwear of choice for those who'd rather do things their own way. These iconic mesh-back beauties combine a structured front panel with breathable mesh sides and back – because even Sasquatch needs proper ventilation during those long treks through uncharted wilderness.

Every true trucker cap worth its salt features a structured front panel (perfect for showing who you are) – originally made from foam but now crafted from premium materials like cotton for superior comfort and style. The mesh back construction keeps your dome cool when you're chasing UFOs through desert heat, while the snapback closure fits most people (and the occasional Yeti). The curved brim is perfect for shading your eyes while scanning remote horizons, while that high crown gives you the authentic "I've seen things" silhouette.

Legend has it that trucker hats first emerged in the 1960s, born from the practical needs of long-haul drivers and off-grid farmers who needed something that wouldn't cook their brains during endless summer days. Smart feed stores and trucking companies started slapping their logos on these mesh-backed marvels with their signature foam fronts, turning everyday headwear into mobile advertisements for the working folk.

But here's where it gets interesting – these weren't just hats, they were symbols. Throughout the '70s and '80s, trucker hats became the unofficial uniform of America's most independent spirits the truck drivers who knew every hidden truck stop, the farmers who could read weather patterns like ancient runes, and the small-town rebels who turned their backs on city life.

Then came the great revival of the early 2000s, when Hollywood and fashion insiders stumbled upon what every wild soul already knew – there's something magnetic about authentic gear that allows you to express yourself. Suddenly, trucker caps invaded red carpets, trendy boutiques and magazine covers.

Today's trucker caps aren't just about keeping the sun out of your eyes (though they're excellent at that). They're for people who understand that being wild means stepping out and doing it your way, wherever that takes you. Now trucker caps work anywhere – from hiking trails to office buildings.

Fair warning: wearing one may result in an uncontrollable urge to question authority and take the scenic route through life.

Your trucker cap has been through adventures with you – from dusty desert trails to sweaty city adventures – and it deserves some TLC to keep it looking legendary. The good news is that keeping your cap fresh is easier than tracking down actual cryptid footprints.

For regular maintenance, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap to tackle any mysterious stains from your latest expedition. The mesh back loves a gentle brush with an old toothbrush to get dirt out of those hard-to-reach spots where adventure tends to hide.

When your cap needs a deeper cleanse, hand wash is the way to go. Fill a sink with cool water and a small amount of gentle detergent, then let your cap soak for about 15 minutes. Gently scrub with a soft brush, paying extra attention to the sweatband where all those wild adventures have left their mark.

Skip the washing machine – those mechanical beasts can warp your cap's shape faster than a Sasquatch disappears into the forest. And never, ever put it in the dryer. Instead, reshape it while damp and let it air dry naturally, preferably on a hat form or over a bowl to maintain that perfect curve.

Pro tip: A little fabric refresher spray between adventures keeps your cap ready for whatever mysterious journey calls next.

All our trucker caps are one size fits most with an adjustable snapback closure. Whether you've got a regular noggin or a brain full of wild ideas that needs extra room, the snapback design adapts to fit comfortably.

This classic sizing approach means you don't have to worry about measuring your head or guessing at sizes – just grab your favorite design and adjust it to match your comfort level. Simple as that, because life's complicated enough without overthinking hat sizes.

We can neither confirm nor deny that wearing our caps will help you command the tides like the Kraken or communicate with beings from beyond the stars. What we do know is that once you put one on, you'll feel an unmistakable pull toward adventure. The rest is up to you to discover.
