We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are listed in euros (€).

• For customers within the EU: prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
• For customers outside the EU: prices do not include VAT, but local customs duties, import taxes, or fees may still apply upon delivery. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, all major credit cards or PayPal.
• Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

International Deliveries:

• We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country or region and are displayed during checkout.
• Please note that customs delays may occur.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason if you reside in the EU.
• For customers outside the EU, different return policies may apply; please contact us for more details.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These costs are not included in our product prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

8. Warranty and Complaints

• We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects. If you have a complaint, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue at info@wildstep.co.
• If a complaint is found to be justified, we will offer a replacement product or a refund.

9. Liability

• WILDSTEP is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damage, loss of profit, or usage damage.
• Our liability is limited to the total order amount.
